Trama:
Nel quindicesimo secolo affermare che la Terra gira attorno al Sole era un'eresia che poteva far finire le persone sul rogo. Rafal è un bambino prodigio che si impegna negli studi di teologia, fino a quando non incontra un uomo misterioso che diventa una sorta di mentore per lui introducendolo alla verità sull'universo. Fino a quando non arriva l'inquisizione, decisa a distribuire la "giustizia di Dio", e Rafal si ritrova costretto a scappare. Con solo uno strano ciondolo a guidarlo, riuscirà...
